One of the greatest challenges faced by chapters is recruitment and retention of members.  This committee offers support and resources to assist in sustaining and growing chapter membership.  Your chapter can look to this committee to:

Offer practical ideas on how to sustain and exceed national membership requirements for maintaining your chapter’s national charter

Visit your chapter for a presentation on the value of membership; and

Provide direction, assistance, and support for your local initiatives.
